This is a hearty soup made with whole food ingredients including ground beef, carrots, potatoes, cream, and cheese that will satisify your whole family on a cold day.
Add the ground beef into the soup pot and salt and pepper. Cook until about brown before the next step.
Add in the broth, potatoes, herbs, and more salt and pepper if needed. Cook until boiling and reduce heat to a soft boil and boil for about 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
Taste the soup and adjust seasonings.
Turn off the heat and stir in the spinach or kale.
Then add in the cream. Give it a stir and then add the cheese and stir until melted.
