- Grab out a large cast iron skillet.
- Next, turn on the stove to medium heat.
- Melt the butter in the hot skillet.
- Add the corn and stir it up for a few minutes, cooking it up a bit.
- Add the water to the skillet. Stir it around and cook for a few more minutes.
- Then sprinkle the corn starch over the top and stir it in.
- Next, add the cream and again, stir it up.
- Check the flavor and add salt and pepper if needed.
- You can also add some sugar if your corn isn't sweet enough.
